AI agency in Seine-Saint-Denis, north-east of Paris: AI agents for construction firms, wholesalers and service companies

Équipage IA sets up AI agents in small and mid-sized businesses in Seine-Saint-Denis, the département just north-east of Paris, on one precise task: the paperwork around a subcontracted building job, price requests, orders received by email, follow-ups. The agent works inside the tools you already use and prepares the work; a person on your team approves everything that goes out to a customer, a main contractor or a supplier. Our head office is in central Paris, at 47 rue Vivienne, and we come to your premises for the discovery audit and the trial period.

Twenty to thirty minutes. No commitment.

What makes businesses in Seine-Saint-Denis different?

The weight of construction. At the end of 2024, Seine-Saint-Denis had 52,300 employer establishments, 10,734 of them in construction: 20.5%. The share falls to 10.7% for the Paris region as a whole, 7.1% in Hauts-de-Seine (the business district west of Paris) and 4.6% in Paris itself (INSEE, the French national statistics office, files published in August 2026). The département holds one in five construction employers of the Paris region, while it accounts for only a tenth of all establishments there.

These companies are small: 7,698 of the 10,734 construction establishments in Seine-Saint-Denis have one to nine employees. The rest of the local economy follows the same pattern, with 68% of employer establishments under ten employees. The other large block is retail, wholesale, transport, hotels and restaurants, which covers 32.4% of the 126,796 active businesses in the département.

What can an agent prepare for a construction subcontractor?

The file that surrounds every job. In France, a subcontractor must hand its main contractor a certificate from the social security collection agency proving it is up to date with its contributions, when the contract is signed, once the contract exceeds a legal threshold, and then every six months until the work ends (Service Public Entreprendre, the official business information site, in French, read 22/10/2026). Insurance certificates, the company registration extract and each contractor's own documents come on top. When an eight-person company runs five jobs at once, keeping this up to date takes the manager or the office assistant time every week.

Diagram: the agent tracks the documents for each job (social contributions certificate, insurance, company registration), spots the ones about to expire and prepares the request or the email, which a person approves.
  • Documents that expire. The agent keeps the list of documents each main contractor asks for, spots the ones about to expire and prepares the new version for sending. A person approves before anything goes out.
  • Price requests. A tender arrives by email with drawings and a bill of quantities: the agent sorts it, summarises it, lists what is missing to price it and drafts the reply. The price stays your decision. See the quotes and requests agent.
  • Follow-ups. A quote with no answer, a progress invoice still unpaid: the agent drafts the follow-up to the right contact and stops as soon as a reply arrives. See quote follow-up without losing your Fridays.

If your company mostly works for homeowners, the page on AI agents for building tradespeople covers the work around the quote; it applies north-east of Paris as well.

What about wholesale, transport and services?

Same principle: a written task that comes back every day. At a wholesaler, it is often the orders received by email or as attachments, which someone retypes into the management software. The agent reads the order, prepares the entry, flags an unknown product code or an unusual quantity, and a person checks before it is confirmed.

At a transport or service company, it is more often availability requests, tracking questions and the supporting documents needed for invoicing. During the audit we check whether the volume justifies an agent: a handful of orders a week is handled perfectly well by hand.

How do you compare AI agencies that say they cover Seine-Saint-Denis?

Check whether their page about the area talks about your trade. On 22 October 2026, we read in full four agency pages aimed at Seine-Saint-Denis, among the first results of a French search for an AI agency for small businesses there. None mentions construction, although one employer in five in the département works in it. Only one of the four mentions human approval. Two spend most of the page listing 20 to 39 towns.

A generic page does not prove poor work. It just tells you nothing about how the agency will handle your files. Here are the questions we suggest you ask us and everyone else.

Who approves what goes to a main contractor?A wrong or expired document can hold up a payment or a jobThe agent prepares; a person on your team approves every outgoing message
Does the agent work with our current tools?A small team has no time to switch softwareYes: email, shared folders, quoting and invoicing software, as long as they offer official access
What do you refuse to automate? The answer shows where the agency draws the lineA made-up price when data is missing, mass sending, cold outreach to private individuals, working around a platform without official access
How will we know it works?A missing document is often discovered at payment timeA two-week trial: the agent works without sending anything, and we compare its drafts with what your team actually did

How does a project with a business in Seine-Saint-Denis run?

It starts from a real task and ends with a go-live that you decide. A first agent on one role is delivered in two to three weeks, trial included.

  • Discovery audit: one task, your tools, the decisions that must stay human. Written opinion, even if it concludes there is nothing to build.
  • Written scope: what the agent does alone, what goes through you, the allowed sources, and a fixed-price quote you approve before any paid work.
  • Build: read-only access first, rules, message templates, tests on your past files.
  • Trial, two weeks, with the person who will use the agent.
  • Monthly support, no lock-in, one month's notice.

For a business elsewhere in the region, the approach is the same: see AI agency in the Paris region.

FAQ

Do you have an office in Seine-Saint-Denis?

No. Our head office is in central Paris, at 47 rue Vivienne: it is our registered address. We come to you anywhere in the département for the discovery audit and during the trial.

Can the agent chase our own subcontractors for their certificates?

It can draft the requests, track the replies and flag a missing or expired document. Each message goes out after a person on your team approves it, and checking that a certificate is genuine remains your responsibility.

Our teams are on site all day: who looks after the agent?

The person who handles the office work today, often the owner or an assistant. The agent shows them what it has prepared; they approve, correct or reject. The trial period is used to keep that review time short.

Can it fill in our public tender applications?

It can pre-fill them from documents and answers you have already approved, and flag what is missing. Signing, pricing and submitting stay with a person on your team.

Do we need to change our software?

No. The agent works in your current tools: email, shared folders, quoting and invoicing software. If one of them offers no official access, we tell you during the audit.
